I've spent more than two decades in IT, with the last eight years leading major cloud and digital transformation programs. Along the way I've gone deep, hands-on, across all three major clouds: 13 years with AWS, 10 with Azure, and 5 with Google Cloud.

That breadth matters, because most large organizations aren't running one cloud — they're running several, often without a shared plan across them. I've spent my career in that gap: translating between platforms, between engineering and finance, and between the plan on paper and what a program can actually deliver.

How I work

Ownership stays in your organization. I'm not interested in building a dependency on me. Every engagement is structured so your team understands the reasoning behind every decision, has the documentation to maintain it, and can run the result without me once the engagement ends.

I work direct — no layers of subcontracted delivery, no buzzword-driven proposals. If something isn't going to work, or isn't worth doing, I'll tell you that plainly before you spend the budget.
